Chairlift ticket related

Abolition of half-day tickets and introduction of 4 Hours Pass

Introducing the 4-hour ticket (4 Hours Pass 4 Hours Pass you pass through Gondola Lift gate.)

Changes to reception of cableway passes and Yuzawa town residents passes

Until last year, reception was at Gondola Lift gate, but starting this season, reception will be at the ticket counter on the second floor Cowabunga. Your pass will be taken to the ticket counter and you will be given a one-day pass that can only be used on that day.

Abolition of birthday invitation tickets

The "Birthday Invitation Tickets" that were available until last year will be discontinued from this season.

Changes to the method of purchasing JR East Shareholders' Coupons

Last year, tickets could be purchased in advance from the online shop "JREMALL Souvenir Shop " Kayahirado"", but this season, tickets can be purchased at the ticket counter on the day of your visit. Customers who wish to use the tickets should present their paper shareholder discount tickets at the ticket counter on the 2nd floor Cowabunga. (One ticket can be used by up to 4 people)

 

 

Snow gear rental

Premium Rental Snow Gears reception location change

Shuttle Bus related

Purple Line abolished

Regarding Shuttle Bus operated by the four companies, which will start operating from Friday, December 20th, the "Purple Line" (via Yuzawa New Otani and Toei Hotel), which was in operation until last year, will be discontinued from this season. Please use the Orange Line or Blue Line.
