About the Prevention of COVID-19 Measures

GALA Summer Park, concerned on the highest priority to ensure the health and safety of customers and staffs. We will implement various measures to reduce the risk of infection so that everyone can enjoy our summer park. We apologize for an inconvenience, and appreciate for your understanding and cooperation.

About Admission Restrictions

We will conduct temperature measurements and check physical health conditions for all visitors at shuttle bus and entrance. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to ensure the health and safety for all visitors and staffs.

Temperature check before on-board to the bus and at the entrance.

If you have a body temperature of more than 37.5℃, please refrain from entering.

Please refrain from entering if you have the following symptoms.

Fever, cold symptoms, chill symptoms, cough, runny nose, sluggish, headache, abnormal taste and smell, diarrhea, and those who have poor physical health conditions.

If you are not wearing a mask, please refrain from entering.

*You can remove the mask outside to prevent heat stroke.

Request to Everyone

Mask must be worn at all times inside the building, Gondola, and shuttle bus.

t's required to wear a mask inside the building, Gondola, and shuttle bus at all time. If you can't cooperate, please refrain from entering or boarding.
However, to prevent from heat stroke. You're allow to remove the mask outside but please keep social distancing.

*Please bring your mask back home with you.

Please keep cough manner when you cough or sneeze.

Please wash your hand and use hand disinfectant frequently.

Please be sure to disinfect your hands at the shuttle bus and the entrance before boarding and entering.
We prepared alcohol for disinfection in every facilities, please use it frequently.

Avoid crowds and ensure a social distancing.

We prepared the lining up mark sign to maintain a distance at ticket counter and other places. Please cooperate to secure a social distancing.

The number of passengers on the shuttle bus, Gondola, lift, elevator, and others is limited, please cooperate.

Avoid facing other people and sit in the same direction as possible in the restaurant and in shared space facilities.

Others

Please install and use (COCOA) COVID-19 Contact-Confirming Application when you visiting or fill in the contact information.

We recommend cashless payments such as credit cards and electronic payments.


Elderly people who are more likely to get serious when infected or who have an illness that corresponds to the following items, please make a careful decision regarding your visit and pay sufficient attention.

  • Those who have cardiovascular (respiratory system, heart, blood) disease or basic diabetes.
  • Those who are undergoing dialysis.
  • Those who are immunosuppressants or using anti-cancer drugs.
  • Those who may become severe due to other infections.

Please refrain from visiting if you fall under the following items.

  • Those who have deep contact with new coronavirus infection positives.
  • Those who are suspected of being infected by a family member or an acquaintance.
  • Those who have traveled to a country or region where the government has set restrictions on immigration, required observation period after entering the country within the last 14 days, and have deep contact with the resident.

Maintain Thorough Staff Health Management

Temperature check every morning, hand wash frequently, and disinfection regularly.

Temperature Measurement

Check body temperature of all visitors.
If you feel unwell due to fever (37.5°C or higher), chill, cough, runny nose, dullness, headache, abnormal taste/smell, diarrhea, and others, please refrain from visiting.

Cleaning and Disinfection

Regularly clean and disinfect places that are easy to touch, such as toilets, handrails, and doorknobs.

Disinfectant Preparation

We prepared the disinfectant at the entrance, toilet, and each facility.

Prevention on the Spread of Infection

Always wear mask or face shield for staff who may contact with customers or who are involved in cooking.

Panels are installed at the ticket counter and on the shuttle bus near driver's seat to prevent the spread of infection.

Maintain a Social Distance

We set the foot mark sign to maintain the space and social distancing, row by row and avoid customer to get close to each other while lining up.

Changes in lay out inside restaurants and shuttle buses to reduce the risk of infection.

Enhanced Ventilation

Doors and windows of the building will be opened to enhance ventilation.

Lift

  • Lift ride only 1 person(except for groups)
  • Wear the gloves to reduce the spread of infection

Restaurant

  • Installation of disinfectant
  • Placement of a mark as guide for waiting line up

  • Transfer and exchange of cash, card, and other by coin tray
  • Disinfection of tables and chairs for each use
  • Tables and chairs are arranged with space
  • Seasoning, cup, and others will be provide individually
