GALA Yuzawa has introduced a gate system at all gondola, lift and ropeway platforms.
In addition, the lift ticket will be an IC lift ticket that can be used repeatedly.
Since the purchased lift ticket information is recorded on the card with a built-in IC chip,
you can pass through the gate smoothly just by leaving the IC lift ticket in your pocket.

【About the Babies】
Up to 2 babies per 1 adult are free of charge, but kids who ski/snowboard (use the lift) need an IC lift ticket. We will issue a special IC lift ticket, so please ask at the ticket counter.

Please Read Before Purchasing

■ When purchasing on the WEB, discount tickets and vouchers cannot be used together.

If you are using a discount ticket or have a voucher, please purchase or redeem directly at the ticket counter (Information counter) on the 2nd floor of the ski center “Cowabunga” on the day of use.

■ Cannot be purchased on the day of using.

Purchase can be made at the WEB ticket store until the day before the day of use (visiting day). It cannot be purchased on the day of your visit.

Member Registration

Enter the required information and register as a member.
※ Membership registration is for representatives only, not for accompanying persons.

Select the date of use, type, and number of ticket.

After logging in (after registering as a member), enter the required number of tickets for the desired ticket type and add it to the cart. Please check the contents and proceed to the purchase procedure.

Settle the payment
with credit card

Please agree to the terms of use and make a credit card payment. The payment method is credit card only.

Print and save the purchase certificate (QR code)

Please print the purchase certificate on the purchase completion screen or save the QR code in the email you received when the purchase was completed.
※ If the above method is difficult, please be sure to keep the purchase number (25 digits).

Exchange your purchase certificate or QR code for an IC card lift ticket at the automatic ticket vending machine which is at the ticket counter on the 2nd floor of the ski center “Cowabunga”.
※ Exchange with the purchase number is only available at the ticket counter.

Go to the slopes!

The gate sensor for the gondola and each lift is on the left side. If you put an IC lift ticket in the left pocket, you can pass through the gate smoothly.
※ The ropeway and some ski lifts are handy type, the staff will do the scanning of IC lift ticket.

■Only one person can be charged for each IC lift ticket.

When purchasing with multiple people, IC lift tickets for the number of users are required.
If you do not have an IC lift ticket, please purchase it separately from the above “IC lift ticket first time purchase”.

■If you do not have an IC lift ticket, please purchase it separately from the above “IC card lift ticket first time purchase”.

If you charge multiple ticket types to one IC lift ticket, an error may occur at the gate. We recommend that you charge for the next time after you finish using the charged lift ticket.

Access the online ticket store

Please prepare IC lift tickets for the number of people to be charged (purchased) and proceed to the WEB ticket store “Webket”.

Register / Login

Enter the required information and register as a member. If you have already registered as a member, please log in to proceed.

Select the date of use・ type・number of ticket. Enter the IC lift ticket number

After entering the required number of tickets for the desired ticket type, enter the number (23 digits) on the IC lift ticket for each purchased ticket.
※There is no direct-in price setting for 3PM tickets and gondola one-day tickets. Please select the type of ticket from the display on the website.

Pay by credit card

Please agree to the terms of use and make a credit card payment. The payment method is credit card only.

Charge completed

Your IC lift ticket has been charged, so please bring it with you so that you do not need to purchase again on the day.

Purchase an IC lift ticket

  2. Charge the IC lift ticket
    Charge on the IC lift ticket that you have.

    Those who purchase on the day of your visit.

    Those who have a discount ticket or a voucher.
About the Babies

Start to Use

  • You can walk through the gates by simply leaving the IC lift ticket in your pocket.
  • Please put the IC lift ticket in the left pocket. (Readable from the sensor at about 40 cm)
  • If you do not touch the gate and an arrow appears on the screen, the bar is unlocked, please walk through the gate. (The bar will rotate as you passed the gate)
  • If you have multiple IC cards, the gate reading sensor may not respond.
  • If the gate sensor does not respond, please contact the staff near you.
Time-limited tickets (half-day tickets, 3PM tickets)

You can purchase at any time, but the start time (time when you can pass through the gondola gate) is 12:00 for afternoon tickets and 15:00 for 3PM tickets. In addition, the morning ticket can pass through the gate until 13:00, and the gondola going down can be used even after 13:00.

Babies who do not have an IC lift ticket

Babies who only play in the snow or sledding should pass with adults when passing through the gondola gate. Please carefully pay attention to the rotation of the bar. (It is recommended to hold your kid and pass through.)

After Usage

GALA Yuzawa Snow Resort does not charge a deposit for IC lift tickets. If you do not plan to purchase a charge after this time, please return it to the return ticket box, installed in the hall after use.

  • Only IC lift tickets issued at GALA Yuzawa Snow Resort can be used. (Excluding 3-Mountains pass)
  • IC lift tickets can only be used by purchasers at GALA Yuzawa Snow Resort. (Excluding 3-Mountains pass)
  • If the IC lift ticket is resold, counterfeited, or otherwise misused or misbehaved, it will be invalidated and an additional fee will be charged according to our company’s regulations.
  • After the IC lift ticket is issued, it will not be reissued or refunded.
  • Those who are not equipped with skis or snowboards cannot board the lift. (Excluding customers go for sight-seeing at the Bell of Love Observation deck using the Barouche Lift.)
  • When riding with a baby without a gliding device in a “piggyback” or “carry”, please use a special string or equipment. (Excluding the use of Barouche lift.)

Handling precautions for IC lift tickets

  • Do not bend the IC lift ticket or bring it close to magnetism.
  • Do not store in a high temperature environment such as near a heater, as the card may be deformed or the built-in IC chip may be damaged.
  • Please be careful not to put the IC lift ticket and the following items in the same pocket. The sensor may not be able to read the information on the IC lift ticket.
