1. Please Access the event application form from the URL below.
   Test drive application
2. Fill in the required information and click the submit button. A copy of your answer will be sent to the address you entered.
3. On the day of the event, please present your ID and a copy of your email response to the staff at the Ogasaka Ski special tent.
4. If you have applied in advance, please be sure to complete your registration by 10am on the day of the event.
