■ If you drop it on the trail

If you drop your smartphone on the trail, you will be responsible for searching for it.

c If you drop your item while riding chairlift or off the trail

If you drop your smartphone while riding chairlift or off the course, please do not try to retrieve it yourself. A patrol member will search for it, so please contact a nearby staff member.

■ Chances of being found

If you drop your smartphone on Trail, almost impossible to find. If you drop it during snowfall, on an ungroomed slope, or off the slope, it is impossible to find it.

*Even if your smartphone's location information indicates that you are on Trail, it may be difficult to search for you.

■ Sledding is only allowed at sledding trail of " Snow Enjoyment Park"

Sled can be used only sledding trail at "Snow Enjoyment Park."

■ Be careful using mobile phones while riding chairlift / skiing / snowboarding

If you drop your cell phone under chairlift line or on the trail, it is almost impossible to find it. Even if you are able to identify where you dropped it, we will refuse to search if the search team's safety cannot be guaranteed due to the circumstances. Please do not use your cell phone while riding chairlift or skiing/snowboarding.

■About riding chairlift while carrying a child on your back or in your arms

When riding with small children who are not wearing ski equipment, parents must take responsibility for securing them with sling or baby carriers, pay attention to safety, and follow the instructions of staff. Also, please ski safely in accordance with the ski resort terms and conditions.

■ Regarding wearing ski equipment when riding chairlift and for sightseeing on foot

Please be sure to wear your skiing gear when riding chairlift. If you are unsure about riding the chairlift, please inform to GALA staff.
If you are going for sightseeing to the Bell of Love Observation Deck, you can only board Barouche Chairlift on foot.

■ Regarding the signs for restricted areas at GALA YUZAWA SNOW RESORT

Due to the risk of avalanches and getting lost, skiing is prohibited in restricted areas. Please do not ski over poles, nets, etc., regardless of the reason.

■ Filming using drones etc. is prohibited

Due to the risk of collisions with skiers or chairlift facilities, or falling, filming using drones or other devices within GALA Yuzawa Ski Resort is prohibited.

■ Walking is prohibited on the trails.

Due to the risk of collision with skiers, walking on the trails for the purposes of climbing or taking photographs is prohibited.

■About the apploved ski equipment

quipment that cannot be secured or attached to the skier or that comes off the feet poses the risk of falling from chairlift or drifting down the course and causing a collision, so it is not permitted to ski or ride chairlift at the ski resort.

■ Items prohibited from being brought onto Gondola Lift and Chairlift

• Explosives, flammable liquids (excluding cigarette lighters), explosive substances, corrosive substances, high-pressure gases, substances that may generate toxic gases, etc.
• Stoves for cooking purposes (electric, gas, portable stoves)
• Animals (excluding small pet animals without a noticeable odor that are kept in containers and service dogs)
• Anything that may damage the cabin
• Items that do not fit inside the cabin
• Anything other than those listed above, such as sharp objects or items that may cause harm or inconvenience to other passengers
