  • From 3PM lift tickets are available for purchase from 14:45
  • A complimentary "HAPPY BIRTHDAY ONE DAY SKI PASS" is available on your date of birth. Please show valid ID (passport, driver's license, etc) to confirm your date of birth to receive a complimentary pass.
  • Those purchasing senior passes are required to show valid ID
  • Those without skis or a snowboard are strictly not allowed to traverse down the slopes
  • Sledding is only allowed at the "sled area"
  • Those without skis or a snowboard are not allowed on any chair lifts other than the "Barouche" chair lift
  • Open-period and opening hours may change depending on the condition of the weather

  • A discount is available for 1 DAY SKI PASSES at ISHIUCHI MARUYAMA, YUZAWA KOGEN Resort, JOETSU KOKUSAI, IWAPPARA Ski Area and MAIKO Snow Resort
  • The price includes the charge for an ID photograph
  • You are not able to use your own photos and that includes digital photography
  • Any beanies, hats, goggles and/or glasses are not be worn in the photo for the GALA passport application
  • Only customers who have purchased the previous ski seasons season passport may be elgible for the repeat customer discount

3 Mountain Pass

GALA, YUZAWA KOGEN and ISHIUCHI MARUYAMA are all connected.
You are able to go to all three mountains with a 3 MOUNTAIN PASS.

On January 4th 2020, you can to all three mountains with just a Gala ski pass (lift ticket)!

  • Each day will cost an additional 3,800 yen per adult, 2,900 yen per child and 3,400 yen per senior using the 2-day ticket price as a base.
  • To receive senior discounts a valid ID (driver's license, passport, etc) for proof of age is required
  • Child rates also apply to children below the age of 6
